ACC is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is the promotion of strong trans-Atlantic political, security, economic and cultural links with European allies, and the provision of information to Canadians about the values, activities and programmes of the North Atlantic Alliance. Participants will be placed with government ministries and non-governmental organizations in Central and Eastern European countries. Interns will focus on country-specific foreign, security, and defence policies; social, economic, and democratic development issues; and international trade. The programme is intended to gear Canadian youth for a rewarding career with an international focus. |
