Congress Watch, a division of Public Citizen, is seeking interns.  Public Citizen, a national non-partisan 125,000 member-supported public interest group, was founded by Ralph Nader in 1971. Congress Watch advocates before Congress and the Administration on consumer rights, government and corporate accountability, campaign finance reform, a clean environment, and health and safety protection through lobbying, public education, research and media outreach.

The Congress Watch internship is designed to provide students with a better understanding of both the legislative process in the U.S. Congress and of hands-on public interest advocacy and policy work. Interns work as full-fledged members of the staff, developing professional relationships with our lobbying, research and field organizing departments.
